Krav Maga (pronounced “krahv mahGAH”) is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defense and fighting system. It is designed to be practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape, or size. The techniques expand on your natural instincts to develop skills quickly and effectively, while enabling you to address attacks under any scenario. You will learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones, while gaining increased awareness and instinctive reflexes.
Our Reality Martial Arts programs of Integrated Combat Arts Training (iCAT) and Small Circle Jujitsu. focus on conditioning and provides the most complete and comprehensive self-protection available anywhere. Like MMA, our Reality Martial Arts (RMA) programs combine skill sets from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling to help you become a very fit and well-rounded fighter but for the street. The purpose of RMA is to preserve the health and safety of it’s practitioners, not preserving archaic traditions. RMA…It’s MMA uncaged™!
A Uechi-Ryu martial arts class starts with a set of exercises, then you move onto working on katas, kumites, bunkais, sparring when appropriate.
There will be belt advancements when the student is ready.
Ages 8 & up
Our self-defense program will teach you how to prevent violence and abuse situations by giving people the essential tools they need to protect themselves and their loved ones, promote healthy relationships, and facilitate respect in their communities and society. ABC classes are designed to teach self-protection strategies that are effective regardless of size, age, or fitness level. You do not need any martial arts experience to attend this class.
