Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high-intensity, bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.
SpinFIT is a 50-minute class. We begin with cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike and then move to some total body conditioning. The boot camp section of the class changes so you might see circuit training, Tabata style, HIIT, and more. Then we move onto 10 minutes of a Core workout . This is a great full-body conditioning fitness class that works on both cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
We fuse strength work using a Kettlebell and/or dumbbell with cardiovascular training. By incorporating these dumbbell-kettlebell fusion exercises into your workout routine, you can enjoy the benefits of kettlebell training even without kettlebells, helping you achieve your fitness goals and maintain a well-rounded exercise regimen.This fusion workout is different every week so you’ll never get bored.bone density.

Our boxing workout consists of Shadow-boxing, pad work, heavy bags, speed bag, double-end bag, conditioning & agility drills are a few of the numerous activities done during sessions.
For clients with no boxing background, fundamentals & conditioning are the points of focus in the beginning. As clients & students gain basic skills & fitness development, technique & strategy play a larger role in the program. When the instructor feels the student is ready, incorporating sparring into the program is strongly suggested, but is always optional.
Our strength & core class is designed to encourage functional strength success through a creative, fun, and dynamic interval-based workout focusing on strength, endurance, resistance, and core training movements. Our 30 minute Oh My CORE workouts are packed with effective abdominal and core moves from start to finish! You will strengthen your abs, trim your waistline, and truly improve your overall core function. The exercises included are standing waistline moves, plank work training, and various effective sit-up variations all targeting the core area.

PLYOGA is a 4 part fitness system that utilizes the centered and balanced principles of Yoga as an active recovery for a segmented class in Plyometric interval movements. Starting with a
ballistic warm-up, transitioning into our interval segment, getting briefly CRAZY in our 3rd segment, and then yoga perfection! You will use every movement and core plane evenly in PLYOGA.

Our Boxx N Burn Bootcamp may incorporate weights, agility drills, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a solid core, and torch calories!
