PLYOGA is a 4 part fitness system that utilizes the centered and balanced principles of Yoga as an active recovery for a segmented class in Plyometric interval movements. Starting with a
ballistic warm-up, transitioning into our interval segment, getting briefly CRAZY in our 3rd segment, and then yoga perfection! You will use every movement and core plane evenly in PLYOGA.
Our Enhance Your Fitness program is designed for our active agers that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivates individuals to stay active throughout their life.
Each workout session includes cardiovascular, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises and the fostering of strong social relationships between participants.
Our boxing workout consists of Shadow-boxing, pad work, heavy bags, speed bag, double-end bag, conditioning & agility drills are a few of the numerous activities done during sessions.
For clients with no boxing background, fundamentals & conditioning are the points of focus in the beginning. As clients & students gain basic skills & fitness development, technique & strategy play a larger role in the program. When the instructor feels the student is ready, incorporating sparring into the program is strongly suggested, but is always optional.
This class is designed for all fitness levels.
Our Boxx N Burn Bootcamp may incorporate weights, agility drills, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a solid core, and torch calories!

Our 30 minute Strength training class will consist of any exercise that will work your muscles against an opposing force. You will train your muscles using your own body’s weight or equipment such as elasticized bands, dumbbells and other free weights. Strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being.
Spin class/indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on to time or music-based aerobic endurance conditioning and anaerobic interval training motivated by expert instruction! Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high-intensity, bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.
Be prepared for anything!! This cardiovascular challenge can combine, multi-impacted moves, boxing, jump rope, medicine ball drills and more!
It’s important to mix up your cardio exercises with strengthening poses and techniques. With this class, you can do both. Various cardio segments are included to mix things up along with resistance strength training. It’s a full-body workout that checks all the boxes!

Kettlebell 101 class is designed to introduce you to basic kettlebell technique, progression and training concepts.

This class will be required before you are able to attend our Kettlebell classes.
Kettlebells are a fantastic way to learn basic human movement patterns; hinging, squats, pressing, etc. As strength is not built bilaterally, kettlebell classes are a great way to teach an individual to build equal strength through the body over time. Improving overall muscle strength will also help stabilize joints, open up mobility, burn more calories, and help to improve overall bone density.
Spin, Strength & Core is a 60-minute class broken into three parts. We begin with 20 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike and then move to some total body conditioning. The boot camp section of the class changes so you might see circuit training, Tabata style, HIIT, and more. Then we move onto 10 minutes of a Core workout . This is a great full-body conditioning fitness class that works on both cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
This class will resume in the Fall.
This class is 30 challenging exercises, lasting one minute each. Ugi works on a combination of strength, cardio, and core. The exercises are functional in nature, utilizing your full range of motion, which means the workout creates long, lean muscles.
