My name is Aimee Sinopoli, and I am the owner of Cutting Edge Fitness & Martial Arts Center. I started my fitness journey in 2009 but in 2014 I decided it was time for me to start helping others achieve their goals and help them with overcome the health and wellness struggles that I knew all too well. I've tried every diet there is and my weight has fluctuated over the last 30 years but I have emerged on the other side,
When training clients, I use my skills, experience and my journey to help them achieve their health & wellness goals. I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.
I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I've become and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Certified Spinning Instructor, CPR and First Aid Certified. She's been into fitness since her Junior year of high school. It's always been her most relaxed and favorite hobby. She got into Spinning about 3 years ago and has loved it since the first time she hopped on a bike after her brother convinced me to do so. After a year of contemplating, she got certified in 2014.
She loves her family, friends, puppy son Louis, and of course her fiancee, Jake. Roxanne's true, true passion is working with individuals that have Autism. She completed her Masters in 2015 and now is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Over the years, fitness has been a way for her to de-stress when she is feeling overwhelmed.
Bobbie began practicing yoga in 2007, and completed a 200-hour RYT program at Yoga Sanctuary in Northampton, MA in 2014 under the leadership of the studio’s dedicated founder and director, Sara Rose Page. In this community she was fortunate to attend workshops and classes led by Dr. Douglas Brooks, scholar of comparative religion, anatomy presenter Martin Kirk, and the studio’s inspiring teachers.
She is inspired by yoga’s deep history and leads classes that focus on alignment while carrying notes of storytelling and philosophy.
Christine Meiklejohn is the instructor for Uechi-Ryu karate. She began practicing this style when she was 5, and took the classes with my grandfather, William Meiklejohn. She began helping him teach classes when she was 15 and proudly got my 1st degree black belt in 2008 at the age of 18. She continued working hard and was able to pass my 2nd degree black belt test in 2011. Christine is excited to share this style with everyone as it has been a huge part of my life. It isn't easy, and it isn't quick but it is definitely worth it.
Christine is also one of our Women's boxing instructors.
I always thought I was healthy, I exercised on a regularly basis and was careful of the foods I took in. At the age of 50 I decided to take up running, my first goal was a 5k which progressed to a half marathon, now I have a goal to run a half marathon in every state. I have also completed two marathons and three triathlons.Three years ago, my knee started to give me trouble and I really wanted to work on strengthening my core. A friend encouraged me to check out a spin class or other classes at Cutting Edge Fitness. I reluctantly went, I don’t like going to gyms. Fast forward, it has been three years since I first stepped into Cutting Edge Fitness, I started out twice per week and gradually moved to five days per week taking various classes they have to offer. Attending Cutting Edge Fitness is one of the best decisions I have made to improve my overall health, Aimee, David and the staff encourages me to do my best, provide helpful strategies to meet my goals. I am so inspired by the people who work at Cutting Edge Fitness I decided to earn my spin certification. I am grateful to my friend who suggested Cutting Edge Fitness.
My name is Karissa. I am a working mom and wife. We have two very active boys 5 and 3 and two dogs. I started my journey at Cutting Edge Fitness in the fall of 2019. Growing up I always had a passion for sports I played year round and through college. Sports not only brought me a love for the game, competitive fight, compassion towards others, teamwork, and to never quit no matter how hard it is. It also brought me a weird love for health and wellness. I started my college career working towards and achieving by bachelors in movement science. I thought I would be working with athletes rehabbing them. This changed some and I continued on to get my Physical Therapist Assistant License. I started in an outpatient clinic I then transitioned into working with pediatrics and I now work as a Physical therapist assistant in the school. I had a good job, a great family, I had everything and yet still wasn't happy with myself but I also wasn't doing anything about it. You know how they say you need a slap in the face to wake up….well i got mine. I woke up one morning to go use the bathroom and blacked out and fell into our radiator. When I came to, I was bleeding and had broken my nose. I was 30 this wasn't supposed to happen. It was my wake up call. This time I had to commit but I had to commit to myself. I walked into Cutting Edge Fitness and was overwhelmed at first. This time I committed that 30 was my year for me to find myself again. I'm not just a mom and a wife. Im STRONG, HEALTHY, BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, INSPIRING and so much more. My journey brought me back to my love, my love to help others through health and wellness. Cutting Edge is not just a gym, it's a family where they support you where you are and meet you where you need to be. My journey is not complete and I'm still writing my story. I am now helping teach Ugi, Little Ninjas and I am working on my Boot Camp Certificatio
