I've tried every diet there is and my weight has fluctuated over the last 30 years but I have emerged on the other side,
When training clients, I use my skills, experience and my journey to help them achieve their health & wellness goals. I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.

Certified Spinning Instructor, CPR and First Aid Certified. She's been into fitness since her Junior year of high school. It's always been her most relaxed and favorite hobby. She got into Spinning about 3 years ago and has loved it since the first time she hopped on a bike after her brother convinced me to do so. After a year of contemplating, she got certified in 2014.
She loves her family, friends, puppy son Louis, and of course her husband Jake and her two children, Nova and Nash. Roxanne's true, true passion is working with individuals that have Autism. She completed her Masters in 2015 and now is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Over the years, fitness has been a way for her to de-stress when she is feeling overwhelm

I had been interested in Martial Arts since I was child but never pursued it. When I got older, I always
thought it was too late to begin. When my two boys took an interest in Karate and enrolled at Cutting
Edge Martial Arts, I saw that it is never too late to begin. My journey and passion for the Martial Arts
began at the age of 39. I enjoy all its benefits: Increased self-confidence, flexibility, physical fitness, self-
defense and increased awareness, discipline, and focus. But one of my most valued aspects in studying
Martial Arts is being able to share this journey with my two boys. It is the experience and knowledge
that we continue to share as we learn and grow together.
Jason has a 1 st Dan Black Belt in the Superfoot System and enjoys studying Krav Maga and the Joe Lewis
Fighting System.
You can find Jason co-teaching the Samurais and Tween/teen martial arts classes.
Christine Meiklejohn is the instructor for Uechi-Ryu karate. She began practicing this style when she was 5, and took the classes with my grandfather, William Meiklejohn. She began helping him teach classes when she was 15 and proudly got my 1st degree black belt in 2008 at the age of 18. She continued working hard and was able to pass my 2nd degree black belt test in 2011. Christine is excited to share this style with everyone as it has been a huge part of my life. It isn't easy, and it isn't quick but it is definitely worth it.
Christine is also one of our Women's boxing and PLYOGA instructors and you can find her teaching a Spin class here and there.
I always thought I was healthy, I exercised on a regularly basis and was careful of the foods I took in. At the age of 50 I decided to take up running, my first goal was a 5k which progressed to a half marathon, now I have a goal to run a half marathon in every state. I have also completed two marathons and three triathlons.Three years ago, my knee started to give me trouble and I really wanted to work on strengthening my core. A friend encouraged me to check out a spin class or other classes at Cutting Edge Fitness. I reluctantly went, I don’t like going to gyms. Fast forward, it has been four years since I first stepped into Cutting Edge Fitness, I started out twice per week and gradually moved to five days per week taking various classes they have to offer. Attending Cutting Edge Fitness is one of the best decisions I have made to improve my overall health, Aimee, David and the staff encourages me to do my best, provide helpful strategies to meet my goals. I am so inspired by the people who work at Cutting Edge Fitness. I decided to earn my spin certification. I am grateful to my friend who suggested Cutting Edge Fitness.
Deb is one our Spin, PLYOGA and Yoga instructors.
Tracy entered the doors of Cutting Edge Fitness with great hesitation. After a few tears and a questionable goal, I set her at ease and made sure she knew that the goal was going to take time, perseverance, sweat and maybe some tears.
She trained consistently for a year and in January of 2023 she crushed her goal. She completed the DOPEY Challenge in Walt Disney World and felt great during the race and
recovered well afterwards.
.
When Tracy returned we discussed how I felt she would be a perfect fit for the RRCA course (running coach). I felt she learned so much over the past few years with her training, nutrition and recovery that she would be an asset to others who maybe starting their running journey or needing guidance on how to improve or increase their current running plan.
Tracy became an RRCA running coach in 2023.
My name is Julie. I joined the Cutting Edge Fitness family with two goals in mind: to build a solid framework for a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain and to teach my daughters the importance of a healthy lifestyle that they will mimic and maintain as they grow into adults. I initially began by taking Spin classes and grew to love the Boxing, Strength, and Bootcamp classes as well. I have earned Spin certification thanks to the encouragement and support of Aimee and others at Cutting Edge and I hope to be as inspiring a person as the team there has been for me.
