Soar bungee fitness

Our bungee fitness workout is weightless and free-flowing with low impact on joints and body. You can make it as difficult or as easy as you want. This high-intense workout has people using the cords to perform lunges, squats, and maneuvers they would normally never be able to do without the lift and bounce.  Ages 13 & up



Is this class right for you?

If you suffer from any ailments, please talk to a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program. Some restrictions specific to SOAR Bungee Fitness include pregnancy, any recent surgeries, weight of less than 100 lbs and a weight of greater than 220 lbs. Participants must be at least 13 years old.  Participants between the ages of 13 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 

What to expect?

You'll get a low-impact workout that combines cardio and strength moves without a compromise in intensity.  A standard class is 70-percent cardio and 30-percent strength training and includes lunges, squats, push-ups and loads of jumps.

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early!  We provide all equipment needed for workout. You will want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, and good workout shoes! If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers.  Prepare to get sweaty! Bring a water and a sweat towel.  

Don't be late! The doors will be locked when class starts. Once the instructor is in their harnesses, they will not be able to stop the warm-up to take late arrivals.
