Spinning® class offers a low-impact substitute to running on a treadmill that anyone looking to strengthen their legs can participate in!
Our class is open to all fitness levels so that anyone can reach their fitness goals! The instructor will take you for an imaginary ride where you control the intensity. First-timers and highly trained athletes can get great workouts in the same class. The only requirement is to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Ugi is the ultimate 30-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training into the most fun, challenging, stylish way of becoming functionally fit. This group fitness class is kept at small, manageable size so the instructor can properly instruct you on how to transition properly into the next exercise.
Be prepared for anything!! This cardiovascular challenge can combine, multi-impacted moves, boxing, jump rope, medicine ball drills and more!
It’s important to mix up your cardio exercises with strengthening poses and techniques. With this class, you can do both. Various cardio segments are included to mix things up along with resistance strength training. It’s a full-body workout that checks all the boxes!

A dynamic and energy-filled cardio/muscle training workout. Cycle through cardio and strength intervals will incorporate weights, body bars, and other equipment that will work your body head to toe. Yoga is an important exercise that allows for rest, while also extending and strengthening muscles. Most types include breathing, meditation, and posing. Mat Pilates exercises are aimed at improving flexibility and muscle tone, along with the spine and lower back. They also focus on body balance, as well as promoting mind-body awareness. It can be performed by almost anyone at any level of fitness. With its focus on the core (i.e., the abdomen, back, and gluteus) it not only improves posture but athletic ability, flexibility, and endurance. Mat exercises have also been shown to decrease body fat and increase balance.
Our boxing workout consists of Shadow-boxing, pad work, heavybags, speedbag, double-end bag, slip ball, conditioning & agility drills are a few of the numerous activities done during sessions.
For clients with no boxing background, fundamentals & conditioning are the points of focus in the beginning. As clients & students basic skills & fitness develop, technique & strategy plays a larger role in the program. When the instructor feels the student is ready, incorporating sparring into the program is strongly suggested, but is always optional.
Our women's boxing class will train your whole body through a system of rounds to create a one-of-a-kind workout experience that strengthens and sculpts your muscles, burns body fat, builds beautiful boxers, and strengthens you to take on the rest of your day.
Women's boxing classes teach basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. Our boxing classes will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and some ab-on-fire core strengthening exercises. One of the best fitness classes we offer.
During the Bar(re) group fitness Boot camp you will do exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements." Also, don't be surprised if your class incorporates light weights, small medicine balls or body bars to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.
Our osteo-exercise program is a moderate intensity, low impact exercise class that incorporates stretching, strengthening, and balance to improve bone density, improve muscle strength, and coordination. These classes ensure you receive the benefits of exercise without the risk.
Our 30 minute Oh My CORE workouts are packed with effective abdominal and core moves from start to finish! You will strengthen your abs, trim your waistline and truly improve your overall core function. The exercises included are standing waistline moves, plank work training and various effective sit up variations all targeting the core area.

PLYOGA is a 4 part fitness system that utlizes the centered and balanced principles of Yoga as an
active recovery for a segmented class in Plyometric interval movements. Starting with a
ballistic warm-up, transitioning into our interval segment, getting briefly CRAZY in our 3rd segment, and then yoga perfection! You will use every movement and core plane evenly in PLYOGA.
