Class Descriptions



Spinning® class offers a low-impact substitute to running on a treadmill that anyone looking to strengthen their legs can participate in! 

Our class is open to all fitness levels so that anyone can reach their fitness goals! The instructor will take you for an imaginary ride where you control the intensity. First-timers and highly trained athletes can get great workouts in the same class. The only requirement is to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! 

Boxing/Women's Boxing


During our boxing class we will teach  you how to really move like a boxer. Don’t get us wrong, our Workout  will still make you sweat, but the focus is on fine-tuning your punches,  blocks, movement, and footwork. You will learn the dynamics of offense and defense, making you the most efficient and effective boxer possible.  The difference between our Boxing  class at Cutting Edge Fitness and every other place is WE don't pack the  house and make you "wait" for bags.  We don't let you go and do your  "own" thing.  You will be instructed correctly on how to punch, block  and move. 

Classes offered for ages 10 & up



This high-intensity interval workout combining core, strength and  cardio training into a fun and challenging 30-minute workout. Designed  specifically for realistic and sustainable results, Ugi is a fast and  effective training style aimed at boosting your energy and health while  helping you feel good about your body. The Ugi ball has the squish of a  beanbag, the bounce-back of a stress ball, and the beauty of simple  design, so you can accomplish a total-body workout with one tool 



Yoga is an important exercise that allows for rest, while also extending and strengthening muscles. Most types include breathing, meditation, and posing. These movements stretch and flex many muscle groups. If you’re looking for a low-impact way to improve your fitness and health, try our Yoga classes !

Ages 10 & up

Strength training


Strength Training also allows individuals to improve and enhance muscular endurance through many different methods and workouts. The training targets core muscle groups to increase flexibility, agility, and balance. In our classes, we may use resistance equipment, free weights, or additional equipment to help build up muscular strength.

Members are also given the support they need from peers and group fitness instructors. It can help maximize their workouts during these classes! Our certified fitness instructors have modifications available for all of our classes, so both beginner and elite athletes may participate.

Reality Martial Arts


Our programs foster respect for  yourself and others, self-discipline, humility, assertiveness, and  character development, and is an excellent method for acquiring overall  physical fitness, improved strength, cardiovascular conditioning, weight  management, and coordination. 

We offer a comprehensive approach to  teaching and learning the martial arts. Our primary goal is to prepare  each student for any encounter in the most realistic and effective way  possible. This method teaches street applicable skills and trains the  student within an environment that addresses natural, psychological  responses of confrontation, such as fear, anger, etc… Students are  prepared to react ethically as well as decisively. From our fitness programs to our martial arts programs, our instructors are dedicated to helping you and/or your family achieve your individual goals.

Class Descriptions



A Uechi-Ryu class starts with a set of exercises, then you move onto working on katas, kumites, bunkais, sparring when appropriate. 

There will be belt advancements when the student is ready.

Ages 8 & up

Barre Fitness



Flexibility is important to maintaining a fluid exercise routine in addition to maintaining a range of motion for one’s joints. Want to have the flexibility and core stability that a dancer has? 

Barre is a fitness program that combines the movements of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet to give you longer, leaner, and stronger muscles in your legs, arms, and back. It focuses on mild cardiovascular movements, but primarily focus on alignment, posture, and stretching. Additionally, our this class will help define abdominal muscles, core strength, and lower body. In this class, you will increase stability by using isometric exercises that incorporate equipment like light dumbbells, flat resistance bands, mini-balls, and more.

This low-impact workout can help give you the flexibility of a Ballet dancer without the risk of injury. 

Ages 8 & up

HIIT Strength training



HIIT workout that will have you feeling wow’d by the change up in your routine. These full bodyweight exercises combines with dumbbells and on-spot cardio will have you burning calories for up to 30 hours after the session

ABC Self-defense class


ABC Self-Defense International is a fun, exciting, and  critically acclaimed personal safety and empowerment program.  Now taught WORLDWIDE in 14 countries and 12 US states, ABC teaches  self-defense and effective strategies to recognize, avoid, and respond  to unwanted encounters or physical violence perpetrated by strangers  and/or people you know. Classes are taught by experienced, qualified instructors, in a positive and supportive environment.

ABC works to prevent violence and abuse by giving people the essential  tools they need to protect themselves and their loved ones, promote  healthy relationships, and facilitate respect in their communities and  society. ABC classes are designed to teach self-protection strategies  that are effective regardless of size, age, or fitness level.

This is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children.  It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination.  Classes are intended to be fun and may include age-appropriate games,  animal sounds and creative names for po

Take It Outside


Experience an outdoor workout that will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity and core strength.

WE love training outdoors and staying fit and healthy.  We are sure that you will leave each training sessions feeling healthier, stronger and more energized.

Most of our clients are burning a minimum of 600 calories during these classes.  This class is designed to have you burning calories hours after you are done.

Fitness Pilates


Fitness Pilates incorporates traditional Pilates exercises with body weight exercises and light weights to build muscle and increase flexibility while focusing on core strength and stability.  Pilates focuses on form and control to get the maximum benefit from each exercise.  Pilates helps to improve posture, body awareness, coordination and balance with decreased impact on joints.  This class will help you lose weight and improve your overall fitness and strength regardless of your current fitness level. 

Total Body Conditioning



Various equipment is sometimes incorporated in order to give you the best workout possible. Muscle strengthening exercises help to build endurance and power, while the cardio segments allow you to strengthen your heart and lungs. The class allows modifications for the beginner or advanced participant. Our dedicated instructors will help you feel comfortable and confident in your workout. Not to mention, the group fitness environment allows for community encouragement and support as you tackle the exercises together.

Cardio Fusion



Want to strengthen your cardio and work on body sculpting all in one class? Then Cardio Fusion at Cutting Edge Fitness & Martial Arts Center is the right class for you! 

Challenge your body in this muscle-strengthening cardio class. This program fuses together cardio movements and body sculpting to leave your body feeling stronger. It is a total strengthening workout that mixes in cardio to help strengthen your lungs along with your muscle groups. Most importantly, Cardio Fusion helps increase flexibility, burn calories, and define core muscles. You will walk away from this class feeling stronger, healthier, and more energized with every visit!

It’s important to mix up your cardio exercises with strengthening poses and techniques. With this class, you can do both. Various cardio segments are included to mix things up along with resistance strength training. It’s a full-body workout that checks all the boxes!

1st Mile Running Group


 This training program is designed for runners of all abilities.   We will concentrate on three important aspects of running pace (speed), race/running specific fitness and endurance.

No matter what your running goals are we will be there to help you through this journey.  

Spin & Strength Fusion


This 50-minute combo class consists of a 20-25-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minute Core workout. Strength routines are mainly comprised of upper-body and core exercises, incorporating a wide variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, risers and Body Bars to deliver workouts aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength.
