While we are sorry to see you go, we understand that discontinuing your fitness membership might be the right choice for you at certain times.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the steps below need to be followed for discontinuing a Cutting Edge Fitness & Martial Arts membership. 30 days’ notice is required for all cancellations. *
· Please speak with Aimee if the reason for cancelling is due to an issue with the facility. CEF strives to ensure the fitness center is a welcoming and supportive environment.
· If the membership still needs to be canceled, please provide written documentation 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. This request must be in writing. It can be mailed via certified mail or e-mailed to email@example.com. All cancellations within the 30 day notice requirement will be subject to the next billing cycle.
· Cancellations can not be accepted by phone, text, fax, Facebook Messenger, or verbally.
* All fees are waived with written notice of military deployment or medical circumstances. Without it, CEF is not capable of completing the cancellation request. Under these special circumstances, it may take up to 15 days to complete the membership cancellation.
Memberships may also be frozen for medical purposes. Simply provide a note from your doctor to freeze a membership for up to 3 months two times per year. There is no fee for freezing your membership.
All freeze requests must be at least 10 days prior to next bill date to be eligible. In order to process the request, submit your request in writing via email, mail, or in person. Requests cannot be accepted via fax, text or telephone.
